  • The Client & Customer Experience (C&CE) team is made up of 6,000 colleagues across over 20 locations around the world. C&CE helps to protect the Barclays of today, create the Barclays of tomorrow and inspire the Barclays of the future.

    We focus on Smarter Human Banking, which means using technology to revolutionise our client and customer experience. We want to free our colleagues to interact with our customers in a truly human way, and to make digital technology available to all. C&CE played a key part in bringing innovations like Pingit, Mobile Cheque Imaging, Rise and Digital Eagles to our customers.

    You could join us in one of six different teams: Advocacy; Digital; Information Business; Research & Development; Strategic Transformation; or Marketing. All these teams are focused on creating the products, tools and experiences that build tomorrow’s bank.
