Position: Customer Engagement Director

Location: London, UK

I am the Customer Engagement Director within Data Systems and Insights.  I'm based in London at our global headquarters in Canary Wharf.  I have experience  in  digital  transformation,  big  data  propositions, behavioural  analytics, accelerating  start-ups, running  hackathons, and delivering  strong  commercial  growth using customer  transformation, social media and customer insight. 

I lead the NPS (Net Promoter Score) at Barclays and am responsible for helping achieve our ambition to become No 1 for NPS by 2018. I also runs the Customer Fans Community of Practice with the aim to inspire, engage and accelerate cross-functional learning.
