Taking inbound calls from our customers, our Personal Banking colleagues provide a very similar service to the one we offer in our branches. It could be anything from simply checking balances and confirming transactions to offering advice on travel insurance for holidays abroad. No call will ever be the same, and you need to be able to adapt according to each customer’s needs.
Here you could be answering the phone to anyone from a small family-owned hotel in Cumbria to the manager of a high-end jeweller on London’s King’s Road – and it’s this variety that keeps the job exciting. The advice you provide will help businesses flourish, as you offer customers solutions and services that suit their requirements.
Our premier bankers answer calls and help with requests from customers with £75,000+ annual incomes or with over £100,000 saved in their account. Like all of our customers, premier clients have high expectations and you’ll be expected to support them over the phone with a range of services, making sure they have the right products to get the most out of their banking experience.
