Barclays Corporate has launched the 'Putting the financial world IN PERSPECTIVE' campaign.

The initiative aims to help its clients understand the challenges and opportunities posed by the changing financial and business landscape by providing expert insight, economic analysis and networking opportunities.

As part of the campaign, Barclays Corporate has set up a dedicated website where its clients can access articles, reports and videos on the state of the economy.

The resources available examine topics such as refinancing and the UK's competitiveness post-recession and feature insight from industry experts such as David Smith, Economics Editor of the UK's Sunday Times newspaper, Richard Lambert, Director General of the Confederation of British Industry, and Dan Roberts, Managing Director of Debt Finance at Barclays Corporate.

Clients will be alerted to new content by email.

The 'Putting the financial world IN PERSPECTIVE' campaign also saw Barclays Corporate hosting a panel debate in June to discuss the impact of the 2010 UK election on the country's economy.

In addition, earlier this month in Birmingham, Barclays Corporate hosted the first in the 'Future of Cities' series of events, which examines the economic and business outlook for key regions in the UK.

A number of further events are scheduled to take place across the country this year.
