Barclays senior leaders are attending this year’s Women’s Forum Global Meeting.
The event, which starts today in Deauville, France, is sponsored by Barclays and forms an important part of the firm’s gender diversity agenda.
It brings together female and male leaders representing business, government, academia and culture.
The theme of this year’s meeting is, ‘What if?: Challenge, imagination, commitment’.
Participants will discuss what the future could bring in the fields of politics, the economy, society, and technology, and how to increase women’s influence and empowerment.
Antony Jenkins, Chief Executive, Retail and Business Banking will attend the event, where he will be joined by David Semaya, Managing Director of UK & Ireland Private Bank, Barclays Wealth; Deanna Oppenheimer, Vice-Chair, Retail and Business Banking; and other colleagues.
As Chairman of the Barclays Executive Diversity Group, Antony is passionate about supporting diversity and inclusion across Barclays at events such as this.
