It won in the categories of CSR Team, Employee Engagement and Overseas Project.
The CSR Team accolade recognises Barclays for successfully increasing its charitable or socially responsible activities.
Barclays received the Employee Engagement award for adopting policies that have resulted in a significant increase in its employees’ charitable donations and activities.
The third award for Overseas Project recognises Barclays programme. The partnership with charities CARE International and Plan UK empowers disadvantaged people in 11 countries around the world by enabling them to form groups to pool their savings, and make small loans available to fellow members.

Barclays was also shortlisted in the category of Charity Partnership: Financial and Professional.
